General terms and conditions of the web shop
1. The web shop on www.potierstone.be is the property of Potier Stone, Vliegplein 64, 9991 Maldegem, Belgium, VAT BE 0888 572 359, hereinafter referred to as the entrepreneur.2. General
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the consumer and the entrepreneur. By placing an order, the consumer declares that he accepts these general terms and conditions.
3. Agreement between the consumer and the entrepreneur
This agreement comes into being once the payment has been made by the consumer via the means of payment chosen by him (see Article 5) and once the payment has been recorded in our account.
If the entrepreneur is unable to fulfil a delivery of an order for a specific reason, the entrepreneur will inform the consumer of this as quickly as possible; the consumer may not in any way make a claim for compensation. The consumer can opt to have other products delivered for the same amount or if he prefers, the amount paid will be returned to the consumer by the entrepreneur.
4. Products and prices
The products sold via the entrepreneur are all original products. The prices and offers are only valid on the day they are offered via the entrepreneur and while stocks last.
If a product is no longer in stock, the entrepreneur will inform the consumer of this within five working days.
If a product is no longer in stock with our main supplier, the consumer will be given the choice of cancelling his purchase or having another product (with the same price) delivered. In the event of cancellation, the entrepreneur will refund the amount owed to the consumer. The prices indicated are inclusive of 21% VAT.
No rights may be derived from incorrect prices.

5. Payment and means of payment
The consumer undertakes to deposit the amount indicated in the email sent to confirm the order in our account by means of a transfer to account KBC IBAN BE51 7370 2077 9362, BIC KREDBEBB in the name of Potier Stone, indicating the reference number provided in the email of confirmation.
6. Delivery, delivery period and shipping costs
Our maintenance products are delivered via BPOST. For all orders, a fixed rate is charged of €12 per delivery in Belgium and €16.5 per delivery in the Netherlands.
The consumer will inform the entrepreneur within 48 hours in the event of damage to or non-receipt of the goods.
Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the consumer in the order. Products are only delivered in the countries indicated on the web shop order form.
The entrepreneur schedules a delivery period, when the articles are in stock, of seven working days after receipt of the payment in our account for all orders in Belgium and ten working days in the Netherlands. Under no circumstances is the consumer entitled to compensation if the delivery period is exceeded.
Objects are not sent by post. They can be collected by appointment: Vliegplein 64, 9991 Maldegem, Belgium.
7. Returns and refunds
If the consumer wishes to refrain from making the purchase after delivery, he should inform the entrepreneur of this in writing via email to info@potierstone.be within five days of purchase.
The product should then be returned to Potier Stone, Vliegplein 64, 9991 Maldegem, Belgium. The products should always be packed in their original packaging (both cardboard and plastic).
The shipping costs for returning products from the consumer to the entrepreneur are always borne by the consumer.
Upon receipt of the returned products, the original packaging will be checked and if there is no damage, the amount owed will be transferred to the consumer via the same account used to make the payment when the order was placed.
If the packaging is damaged, the consumer will be informed of this by the entrepreneur by email. The consumer may then not claim a refund for the products. In this case, the products will remain at the disposal of the consumer at the entrepreneur’s address for 14 days or, at the request of the consumer, be returned to the delivery address again subject to repayment of the shipping costs by the consumer to the entrepreneur.
8. Complaints and/or comments
Should you not be satisfied with the products or service of Potier Stone, you can contact Potier Stone via info@potierstone.be or by calling +32 (0)50 71 91 91 on working days from 8.00 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
9. Disputes
This agreement is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium.
