Persian Red
This travertine is unique of its kind; the deep red colour is only quarried in Iran. The colour, which is only extracted there, is called Persian Red. Travertine is a popular natural stone for bathrooms and swimming pools owing to its natural anti-slip properties. Whereas in the past this stone was used mainly in its full colour and to provide an added touch, the choice is also sometimes made today to give the colour a slightly softer finish.
