VC House Project

A story that began in the quarry

This project started at the source. Musschelkalk is a natural stone known for its expressive variation. For that reason, we travelled to the quarry ourselves — to find, within all that diversity, the selection that would create a harmonious whole. The result? A uniform base with character, shaped by consciously choosing the right blocks and slabs.

Kitchen with character

The strength of Musschelkalk is beautifully expressed in the kitchen. The stone was chosen not only for its timeless appearance, but also for its robustness and natural elegance. Here, craftsmanship meets design: a space that feels both refined and durable. The natural stone acts as a unifying element within the interior, giving the kitchen a warm, architectural presence.

Bathroom full of refinement

Musschelkalk also plays the leading role in the bathroom. Clean lines and subtle patterns create an atmosphere of calm and luxury. The natural tonal shifts of the stone are used to introduce serenity, while the precision of the installation highlights the quality.

A bath carved from a single block of stone

The absolute showpiece is the freestanding bath, carved entirely from one solid block of Musschelkalk and finished in our workshop. A true feat of technique and craftsmanship. Every curve, every detail was refined with care — not only to create an aesthetic masterpiece, but also to offer a gentle, inviting experience. This bath is more than sanitary ware: it is pure stone sculpture.

Craftsmanship that connects

This project demonstrates what becomes possible when selection, craftsmanship and design come together. From quarry to finished interior, every detail contributes to a cohesive whole where calmness, luxury and authenticity go hand in hand.
