New York City Loft

This district in the Ghent outer harbour evokes New York. This restored warehouse comprises several lofts. Interior designer Mai Waelkens devised an austere plan focusing on the standard of the finish, the choice of materials and functionality.

The daring Calacatta Verde was chosen for a bathroom washbasin. The huge, almost floating kitchen island was finished with Fortemoro. At the request of the customer, a black natural stone with a calm pattern was chosen.
